Miller, Kayla

Kayla Miller is an illustrator and cartoonist with a BFA from the University of Arts in Philadelphia. She is the author of two previous graphic novels about OIive, Click and Camp, and creator of Creep, a web comic series about a boy who gains weird superhero-like powers. Kayla regularly attends conventions to promote her work and meet other artists.

3 Fun Facts

1. My hair has been pink, purple, blue, black, red, and green… but it’s naturally brown.
2. I didn’t always want to be a cartoonist. Growing up, I wanted to be a paranormal investigator with a specialty in ghosts and aliens… and, presumably, ghosts of aliens.
3. I really like Scooby-Doo. My dream job would be writing and illustrating a Scooby-Doo graphic novel.
